You take a lot of unnecessary chances here. They screw up appointments a LOT (especially if you are unlucky enough to get the owner's making your appointment. Beware! Total airhead!)
Past 3 times with different hair stylist, they couldn't just trim my hair without cutting chunks out, putting layers in when I never asked, or cutting way more than just a trim.
