No sales pressure tactics. Lots of vehicle choices and comparisons helped us narrow down what we wanted to test drive. Super friendly greeting and sales staff.Our sales person stayed focused on our questions and vehicle search. Definitely a dealer that is very interested in their customers satisfaction whether or not you purchase.
I recently just bought my second car from Laura Buick and both times have been out of this world. I came in knowing what cars I wanted to look at and the sales person I wanted to work with. Steve Rogers took time out of his busy night to make sure I left happy. I came back a couple days later and finally feel in love with my new rogue. I can truly say I will be back in the future to buy another car from Steve. His personality and mannerism just added to the buying experience. I highly recommend him to anyone I know looking for a car. Laura Buick and Steve are the best!

I had an extremely good impression of the dealership and thought that going to a high volume dealership would mean a good reputation and honesty.
They are absolutely phenomenal up front, salesman took me around and let me see the vehicle I wanted. He also assured me numerous times that everything was good to go, and there was no problems. He even states that the truck was mine all we had to do was come into the dealer and signed the paperwork. However they wanted to run the truck through service and do some repairs if necessary. 7 day later the truck was ready and we could go pick up the truck. The following day we start the 93 mile trip to pick up the truck and we get a phone call saying they now needed $2500 down, which was the exact amount of the repairs they did to the vehicle. And hiked the interest through the roof. The most annoying part is that Veterans Day is a special day to me because it’s a day that me and my brothers in arms come together and be thankful that we can celebrate Veterans Day. I don’t like being yanked around and the salesman ran the credit the day we came in and stated “there are no problems and we are good to go”. Everything is all set.
Kerry was our salesman and he did a great job. I drove from Tennessee to purchase a GMC 3500. The other dealers that I had looked at said there was no way Laura Buick could sell the truck for the price they quoted. They said there would be hidden cost once I got to the dealership. There was no hidden cost and Kerry sold me the truck for what he had quoted. Great experience. Gary
This dealer had great prices and outstanding customer service. Picked me up at the airport. Met my sales person Justin immediately on arrival to go over the terms of our deal and signed the necessary papers. Then it was off to look over my new Sierra 1500 All Terrain. Upon returning to the showroom waited only about 10 minutes until I was escorted to the financing department where Sebom went over every detail. After that I was taken back to my vehicle where Justin offered to answer any questions or take me through my vehicle a second time and in no time I was on my way back to PA. I would definitely recommend Laura GMC to my friends. An exceptional experience. Best I've ever experienced at a car dealership.
