I don't care for Wal-Mart, but also I'm a disgruntled ex-employee. I'll say this much, O'Fallon one is awesome for clothing and that is saying a A LOT! Their clothing has a traditional style, if that is your taste. Tire and Lube really pays attention to a person's needs (Q & A). And if a person throws a fit then workers don't have attitude. Big ++++!
It seems like the" night crew" disappears. Or they all take thier breaks at the same time? I've had to (unfortunately) do my shopping after 9pm a couple of times and all they had open was express check out. I think that's fine & convenient when you have a few items but the paying customer should have a choice. In my case I had over 85.00 in groceries and could get not one employee to check me out. Two different employees both told me that there but would someone at Isle 16 to take care of me, well after about 10minutes or so I realized I was on my own... Anyway they definitely need to get more help for the late hrs. (Just saying)
Traveling with my toddler and got thoroughly searched before I left when I asked the lady to bag all my items back up she told me no. If I bagged them once I can do it again.ill make sure not to come back here.

The customer service lady was nice to me but not very nice to another customer I witnessed getting a return. Just like any other Walmart I've visited. The greeter was nice.
UNBELIEVABLE! The absolute worst experience I have ever had at any Wal-Mart! I was mainly on the grocery side. The shelves were atrocious! None of the merchandise was fronted, empty shelves, disorganized. My son asked a female worker where something was, and was rudely told that "If it's not on the shelf, we're out!" I will not go to this location again. Most of the employees are walking around the store aimlessly on their phones.
