THE PRODUCTS ARE PREMIUM QUALITY TOO
We bought a sectional in January, 2017. When delivered, the felivery guy heaved all of his weight into the wedge to force the pieces together. About a week later, I noticed that the cushion of the wedge looked deflated. Also, the legs of the ottoman we purchased were loose. The same guy came out and took pictures as well.as fixed the legs. The ottoman liner was not properly fixed and now droops. The wedge was "fixed" 3 months later and has the same problem. In June, another repair person was sent to take pictures. Still we sit to wait for that repair. Home furniture reports that parts were sent to the wrong place and the guy who came out to take pictures is claiming he came out August 9th. He's lying. I will never buy from Home Furniture again.
Cedar chest was decently priced when I bought it however now the trim on it started coming apart and I've babied the thing so it was a time will tell. Watch out on specific items, some products are disguised.
