Front desk staff was extremely rude. Nurse seemed bothered by having to be there. The ONLY good thing was the doctor was very nice. They need to hire nicer staff.
My kids were never tested for the flu. They were tested for strep throat, AND THERE WAS NO COMPLAINTS OF A SORE THROAT!!!!!! I sent my kids to school, believing it was an ear infection when nope, it was full blown Flu type A! Had they been tested monday, they would of been given medicine to help relief some of it but now, there's nothing that can be done.
WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN
Hospitals 101... Went there because my Left Tricep Tendon had rujptured, the elbow was swollen and full of blood. I requested an MRI to see the cause; they took an X-ray and told me that "they don't do MRIs on elbows." I went to Belleville Memorial for surgery to re-attachment.
The staff seems almost drugged.... they move around like molasses in winter....

My children were taken there Monday the 29th for symptoms of the flu. My exact words was that their pediatric clinic was out of flu test strips, which was why we were there.
Arrived at 1040am at 1145 just got registered for an xray of my daughters hand... came here because it was close to school ao she would not have to miss....
It is horrible from the moment of registration on you think Anderson Hospital in Maryville is a joke then you'll absolutely hate his place. Registration lady hate her job clear to tell. Tell the nurs you have poisin oak she says im no skin doctor. you ain't no doctor find another job. The whole staff that i in countered on sunday august 28th 2016 was horrible you would get 0 stars if i could
I wouldn't even give it 1 star but you have to pick at least that!
While I sat in waiting room, other patients told me how slow this place is. ... and how they don't take care of the patients with any kind of importance. .
The staff is slow, rude and seem to be incompetent! If you need something serious I would avoid this place like the plague!
It's unfair to these children! DON'T TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE!!
