I switched all coverage for my business to Kai over a year ago and have been very happy. The customer service is friendly and very responsive. Kai understands my industry and knows what I need in terms of coverage and more importantly what I don't need. I know if I ever had a problem I can just call! In addition, I am saving money!
I have been with the Redmon Agency for over 5 years to cover my home, auto and rental properties. Not only did they beat the price of my previous insurance company but the service is second to none. Kai took the time to learn about me and what my goals were then tailored a solution to fit those needs. Additionally, every January, I copy my declaration pages and send to other insurance carriers and tell them to match it 'apples to apples'. They can't; they will always try to talk me into a lower cost option that leaves me under insured. Kai reviews the differences with me and gives me his analysis so I can make an educated decision. Been doing this for 5 years and I'm still with Redmon!

His team is always ready to assist and you get a live caller! Not an automated menu. Have sent alot of friends their way. Only regret is I didn't get my quote from them years earlier.
