They didn't have a single copy of the six books I asked for. The graphic novels section is terribly out of date. I ended up leaving with Get Fuzzy comics instead of a real novel.
Never going back. I'd rather drive to St. Louis than wait weeks for them to order books they should already have.
This is really a great asset to the city of Collinsville.
Great library! Nice selection and if they don't have it they can get it from another local library as they all belong in a group and share books.
The process of renewing a card is ridiculous compared to the University City library I used to go to. The lady at the desk "helping" me through the process was annoyed the whole time.
