Placed an order online at 8pm for delivery. Put in my address, card #, the whole deal (I have an online account, all info saved) At 930pm, no delivery. Checked online about my order and it was marked for carryout. Called the store, explained the situation(politely), re-rang the order and was told it was on its way and discounted. Sweet. Sure enough, 25 min later it showed up. Only thing is... the pizza and side dish were barely room temperature. Pretty sure, the order sat for 90 min and they STILL delivered the original order instead of recognizing a mess-up and remaking it entirely.

Have been ordering from Papa John's for some time and the Pizza has always been hot and tasty. The slices could use deeper cuts, though.
One of the better Papa John's that I've been too. Ask about the specials. There's always a good discount.
For a Papa John's, they are great. Service is awesome a, even have free plates and all the condiments out. I typically carry out. Can't speak for delivery.
