We were seated quickly and given chips and salsa, but then no service. A waitress walked past no less than 3 times and never looked in our direction. We waited 10 minutes, then got up and left. No one said anything while we left. Will not be going back.
Bathrooms are old and not kept well. There is an odd odor to the restaurant. I have been there twice. Was hoping it was a fluke but, nope. Service was mediocre. We had the house special called "flaming cheese" which was fairly hot (tempersture) but with maybe a T and 1/2 of choriso. The carpets as you come into the restaurant through the bar, should have been changed a decade ago (very dirty). Will not go there again. After two tries, I am done.
We have been eating at Ramon's for 25 years and always have a great meal at reasonable prices. This a family owned restaurant that has stood the test of time managing to stay in business 50 years and maintain consistent quality.
Best chicken and steak fajitas ever with big, juicy pieces of each with enough for multiple servings! Each time we go, get them and try something different & we're never disappointed. It's been there for many years so don't let the old building deter you. It's always get great service and quality food.
We got a seat immediately. A host brought our drinks right away. The waitress was courteous, friendly, and helpful. The food was delicious and arrived quickly.
