My wife and I were referred to Dr. Dillow's office by a family member and couldn't be happier. He is very informative about everything that is going on and does a great job that makes going to the dentist painless. The staff is all very helpful and willing to work with you to find an appointment time that works best for you as well as making sure to explain all insurance and payments before leaving. They also follow up with you on a regular basis to remind you about appointments and to make sure everything went well with your visit which really made us feel like they care about their patients. We would certainly recommend this dentist to anyone!
Dr. Dillow is extremely gentle and nice. He takes into account your needs and issues and works with you. For example, I have extremely high anxiety. Every visit I've had, he's asked me if everything was alright or if he was hurting me (which is never, they're on the ball with the numbing solution). His staff is also friendly and helpful. Best dentist and dentist office environment I've ever had. Takes the edge off the normal anxiety of work and check ups generally associated with the dentist office. Highly recommend.
Dr. Dillow and his staff provide outstanding service! I never wait more than a couple of minutes to be seen, the staff is thorough and efficient and I never feel pressure to buy additional services.
